Find Your Perfect Beach Getaway

This rental was fabulous in every way. The house was very comfortable and quiet as well as completely remodeled and extremely clean. The central heat/AC works excellent along with every appliance and all the fixtures. The grounds are nicely landscaped and aesthetically pleasing with a stone driveway and matching stone backyard walkway with picnic/lounging area and pool deck. The pool is very clean, heated with a screen house and extremely private and comfortable thanks to the new privacy fencing enclosing the entire spacious backyard. The backyard was a great place for our two small dogs to exercise and relax with not even a slither of space in the fencing for even the smallest of dogs to escape, making the stay even more relaxing. The people at Florida Vacation Rental Company were extremely prompt and helpful, and they made everything about this rental quick, easy, clear and concise. Considering the location, property condition and features, this is an excellent rental and bargain.

Clearwater Beach is paradise. One of the best beaches in the world: wide, miles long with sand like talcum powder. Many dining and shopping options and close to an aquarium. Coral Resort is on the intercoastal, with a heated pool and many apartment options. Wonderful vacation destination.

Tropic Terrace #48 was very cute but small. It had a big comfortable bed and a two person shower. My husband and I were there Celebrating Valentine’s Day as well as our 27th anniversary. We normally don’t eat in so we were not concerned with the small kitchen. Location was great. It was right on the ocean front. We enjoyed our four days down there in number 48 and would rent it again thank you Bob and Jan.

Tropic Terrace has the wonderful combination of a fabulous location and the number of units is small enough to be friendly. The landscaping and views are spectacular, love being right on the walkway! The pool and common areas are newly updated as are most of the units. Love that there are a variety of sizes from studio to 2 bedrooms, even a penthouse! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great! Beach was beautiful and we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The property was spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and beautiful sunset views!
